Dance fit and tone
30 minutes of funky dance aerobics to burn fat and improve fitness, followed by toning and strengthening exercises using hand weights (provided) to tone the whole body. A great all-rounder!
Jane's classes are excellent value and I've been attending about twice a week for nearly 10 years. I especially like the classes which are half aerobic and half body conditioning. Jane is a great teacher. She is enthusiastic and encouraging but allows everyone to work at their own pace. It is a very friendly and supportive class. People of all ages are welcome. I'm 53 (!) – there are younger and older people in the class and we all encourage each other.
I really didn't think I could do any class with aerobics in because I hate running, so I went for Pilates which I still enjoy. But my friend dragged me along to try Dance fit and tone and I loved it! The class fills me with energy and confidence and I always feel fabulous after the class, even if I was tired before.
