alfie_binesThe instructors motivate you to work at own ability, its not like an army workout at all. You always feel better after the class, and it's not intimidating - it's a regular class for regular people. Before I was dragged along, I thought it would be like an army circuit class, but you won't feel embarrassed if you're unfit because you can go at your own pace. I really like the early time on Sunday because you've got rest of the day to enjoy after the class.

The instructors are very supportive and motivating and there's lots of variety so there's no chance of getting bored! They are really good at getting us all going and keeping us motivated throughout the class." It's ideal for women who want to get fit after having children, which is when I joined.
